The balls are color-coded to represent different inspiratory flow rates, typically 600 ml/sec, 900 ml/sec, and 1,200 ml/sec. How to Use:

4. Hold: Once the balls reach the target position, hold your breath for a few seconds to allow air to fill your lungs completely.

5. Exhale: Remove the mouthpiece and exhale normally.
