  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers).
  • Intimate or personal care products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label or instructions for return.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds may be processed as store credits.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • For size or color changes, we recommend placing a new order while returning the previous one.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping

  • For customer convenience, we offer a prepaid return label for certain orders. If not eligible, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
