- To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers).
- Intimate or personal care products.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label or instructions for return.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds may be processed as store credits.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
