The B.P. Handle No. 7 is a surgical instrument designed to hold specific scalpel blades for precise incisions. This handle is compatible with blades such as numbers 10, 11, 12, and 15.

In contrast, the B.P. Handle No. 4 is larger and typically fits larger blades, including numbers 18 through 27.

Currently, there isn't a standard scalpel handle that combines the elongated design of the No. 7 handle with the blade fitting of the No. 4 handle. If such a combination is required, it may be necessary to consult with specialized surgical instrument manufacturers for custom solutions.
